FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Who is Bosco Coaching for?
Bosco Coaching is designed for Catholic parishes seeking to strengthen their youth ministry for the long term. It is especially helpful for parishes with recent turnover, lack of growth, limited structure, or a desire to build a healthier ministry culture.
What does a partnership include?
A partnership includes regular coaching meetings, practical support, leadership development, ministry assessment, follow-up resources, and ongoing encouragement. It is designed to help both the youth minister and the ministry grow stronger over time.
What makes Bosco Coaching unique?
Bosco Coaching is relational, practical, and deeply Catholic. It is not a one-size-fits-all program. Each partnership is tailored to the parish, the leadership, and the real needs of the ministry. It is experienced hands-on support that changes the game.
Is Bosco Coaching only for struggling ministries?
No. Bosco Coaching can help ministries that are struggling, but it is also for parishes that want to grow, strengthen what is already working, and build a more sustainable and fruitful future.
How much does it cost?
A full youth ministry evaluation and a year of Bosco Coaching is $9,500. Scholarship support may be available based on need. Bosco Coaching can also provide support materials to help your parish share this opportunity with donors who may want to invest in youth ministry.
How do I get started?
Getting started is simple. Reach out through the Contact page, share a little about your parish and youth ministry. Then Scott will reach out and set up an initial conversation to explore whether Bosco Coaching is a good fit.

Ready to build youth ministry that lasts?
You do not have to figure this out alone.
